After removing Speaker from the marketplace, if the Sponsor cancels this Agreement and the date is not resold, the following cancellation fee schedule will be in effect from time written notification is received at the Easify, Inc., offices in Chicago, IL. Percentage of fee due if engagement is canceled: 90 days or less before the engagement-100%; 91-120 days before engagement-75%; 121-180 days before engagement- 50%.
In the event the Speaker must cancel due to transportation problems beyond the control of the Speaker, illness, unforeseen emergency, Easify Inc., agrees to refund the Sponsor, within 30 days, any deposits received from the Sponsor in the event the Speaker cancels the Contract.
